Our local team then verifies properties and marks the Verified ones clearly — you always see each listing's source (Owner or Broker Listed) and whether it's Rent Siliguri Verified. We re-confirm regularly and remove anything that's gone stale.

No. Renters never pay Rent Siliguri to view, contact, or move into a listing. We don't take a cut of your security deposit or rent either.

Yes. Every listing includes a direct enquiry option on WhatsApp. No callback queue.

Active listings are re-confirmed at least every 7 days. The date on each card shows the last time we checked. Stale listings are removed, not hidden.

Use the Report a Vacancy form, or message us on WhatsApp. Our team will visit, photograph the property, and confirm rent and terms before publishing.

No charge to publish your property. Premium owner passes (priority placement, team-assisted shoots, written copy) are available — entirely optional.

If your tenant has given notice, you can tell us in advance. We list the property as a "future vacancy" with the expected available date, and start lining up renters early.

We won't pre-screen tenants the way a credit bureau would, but every renter on the platform sees real listings only — which keeps time-wasters away.
