Rent Siliguri is a digital rental-discovery platform owned and operated by Kode Pundit, a sole proprietorship registered in India. References to “Rent Siliguri,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Kode Pundit operating under the Rent Siliguri brand.

By accessing or using Rent Siliguri, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Rent Siliguri is a platform, not a broker

Rent Siliguri is a rental-discovery platform that helps renters find and connect with property listings. We are not a broker, property dealer or real-estate agent, we do not act on behalf of any owner or renter, and we do not negotiate rent, deposits or terms. Any rental agreement is entered into solely between the parties involved; Rent Siliguri is not a party to it.

2. Listings and who may submit them

Listings may be submitted by property owners, brokers, or their authorised representatives. If you submit a listing, you confirm that you are authorised to list the property and to be contacted about it, and that the information you provide is accurate and not misleading.

3. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you create an account, submit a listing, or send an enquiry, and to keep it up to date. Listings and their details may change, so you are responsible for independently confirming availability, rent, deposit, condition and ownership directly with the other party before making any decision or payment.

4. Availability is not guaranteed

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, quality or legal status of any listing, or that any property remains available. Verification indicators on the platform are point-in-time signals, not guarantees.

5. Acceptable use of contact information

Phone numbers and other contact details shared through the platform may be used only to pursue a genuine rental enquiry. You must not misuse phone numbers or contact information — including for spam, harassment, marketing, resale, scraping, or any unlawful purpose. Misuse may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

6. Communication

By using the platform, you agree that communication related to your enquiries, listings, verification and visit requests may occur through SMS, WhatsApp, email or phone, according to the contact preferences and consent you provide.

7. Changes and contact
